New riverside home
A modern take on a traditional theme, close to Henley town centre on the edge of the Green Belt and built wholly in the flood zone. This low energy dwelling takes full advantage of the river and southerly view. Delabole dry stone walling and Iroko patterned wood cladding were introduced to give an interesting look.
Alterations & Extensions
A 1950s detached modest 3 bedroom Oxfordshire cottage was built in the was adapted and extended to create an interesting eclectic fenestration using broken ridge lines, the introduction of render and natural cladding.
New dwelling - Shiplake
A contemporary barn style property as a replacement for a bungalow. Deep contrasting colours were used as a departure from the more traditional approach.
Remodel – Upper Basildon
This project was a make-over of an existing 2-storey brick built property. The main house was retained and two wings were added to create a symmetrical elevation. All the existing window openings were adapted from horizontal proportions to vertical to create a pleasing simple Georgian appearance.
